Ensnaring Cage

A quick and urgent prayer is sent to your deity for assistance in keeping someone or something contained. The prayer is heard and a cage created from divine magic forms around your target.

The cage has a radius equal to the distance between you & that target.

Anything inside can not escape unless you wish it to.

You may also cast this spell again as a Bonus Action, at no additional cost, to contain the entity to a single tile (or the minimal space needed to contain it).

Note: Entities in this cage can not traverse dimensions, planes of existence, teleport, dash through the walls of the cage, walk out, power their way out, or otherwise get out of the cage.

You may cast this as a Reaction to a target's action for 2x the original cost. Doing so makes this spell resolve first.
