Blindness or Deafness
You target one entity capable of hearing and/or seeing, you put on a performance that either deafens them or blinds them for 3 turns.
During this time if the target was blinded, they roll 3 To-Hit rolls, taking the lowest.
If the target was deafened, stealth rolls when out of their field of view are increased by +10.
Note: You must continue casting this spell for the entire 3 turn duration with Intense Concentration.
