Blacksmiths Guild

Background

The mighty blacksmiths: masters of metalworking, and tool & weapon crafting, and typically the best folks to go to for new equipment.

The blacksmiths across Idoria typically join the guilds for business reasons, as being a member of the guild makes it easier to be hired on for work or for a governing body or adventurer to ask for a commission. Although not as common, some of them refuse to join, as the fees, regulations, permits, and wage they must provide to their apprentices are sometimes too much to reasonably afford or maintain; but this decision typically results in less business & income anyways, leading to a downward spiral.

Inventory

A typical guild member's shop has all sorts of goods. From armours to weapons to tools, a guild-associated smithy is where most Adventurers get their first pieces of equipment for their adventures as well as upgrades or repairs! While the more magical items are typically sold elsewhere, the more physical & practical ones can be found at a Blacksmith.

Blacksmith's Shops

Below are the items that a typical guild-member's smithy will have in stock or is willing to make.

Note: See Starter Items for more information.

If you don't see an item you want, you can always just ask! Depending on if the blacksmith(s) have a lot on their plate or not, they may very well make a custom weapon for you!
