Deformed, ancient, and decrepit. He wears a mask, hood, long sleeves and gloves to cover his supposedly mutilated skin. Despite this, he moves with the swiftness of a much healthier man.

Supposedly hideously deformed. Some say he suffers from a debilitating skin disease.

Personal history
Little is known about Nikaa XIX's personal life. As is tradition, the Emperor secludes himself in the forbidden city of Tehrakhal. Only the highest ranking elites of the Sazani government could ever hope for an audience.

Bred from birth to be Emperor, at least as far as the public is concerned.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Seen poorly by the public for losing significant amounts of imperial land during the Great Bay War. Unbeknownst to them, however, Nikaa may have had a secondary motive for allowing the war to end how it did.

Fled his people in their time of need. Allowed them to die in order to survive. No one knows of this embarrassment but he.
