Personal history

Early Life

Haseki was born in Requiem to a herd of traders and merchants. They travelled the dunes of Dirge, Requiem, and Monody, caravaning goods from the deserts to the halfling settlements of Cinderlaide.

Life in Trade

When she began to seek out her own path she became a quite impressive merchant, her first title was Haseki Nuray Sekire Esinti-Minfakh, this was granted to her for her work as Officer of the Mint overseeing the coins that were pressed under her watch had the correct Tughras and proper wieghts and measures.
When she was offered a position with the prestigious guild Qishrat Alzujaj she was given the title Ismet Sekir Esinti-Kadi. She was a master of coinage for the guild and quickly gained power within its structure.

Life in the Royal Court

Sultan Ihsan Al-Akyildiz, before he became Sultan, partnered Haseki Nuray making her the Alpha Mare of her herd and changing her title once again to that of Haseki Nuray Esinti-Divan. She spent much of the early years of thier relationship either with Ihsan in Anthem or out organizing and guiding her herd members in the ways of trade, creating several profitable enterprises. The most recognized of these is the Great East to West Trade Route known as the Dunesong Route

Sucession Crisis

With the death of Sultan Emir Al-Akyildiz and the insuing kidnap of Murat, the nation was thrown into turmoil. Ihsan went on a quest to find his missing brother and soon after Altan declared himself Sultan. During this time Haseki endeavored to keep her herd together and was dismayed when Altan claimed that Ihsan had died. At first she did not resist his claim on the Sultanate but his desperate militant measures to keep the nation under his hoof stalled trade and threatened Haseki and her herdspeople.
When Ihsan returned with a horde of soldiers and civilians to overthrown Altan she joined suite and they overthrew Altan.
When Ihsan became Sultan of Ylmazeyir her title changed once again to Haseki Nuray Esinti Sultan. When Ihsan appointed her officially to the position of Vezir of Economics and Master of the Mint and Treasury she became known under her current title of Haseki Nuray Parlayildiz-Vezir Sultan.

Personality Characteristics

Motivation

She dislikes the idea of Ylmazeyir maintaining an army against the south, but sees the southern empires as she saw Altan- selfish, obstructive authorities who would only disrupt their way of life, and the functioning of her caravan networks. Thus, she has been a large proponent of supporting Northguard or Pearidor’s temporary presence in Ylmazeyir, but is also concerned should either become power-hungry as the south.
