La Bibliothèque de Chansons

AKA The Library of Song

Archetype: Repository

Repositories are dedicated to lore and research. Most Repositories take the form of libraries, though literal talking heads or magical trees and pools that divulge knowledge are also common. Aspect:

A library of animated song and life.

Appearance:

Attended to by Abigail Beaufoy and her janitor, Harold duChamps, the library is small, but serviceable to the people of the seventh arrondissement of Paris that she calls home. It's bookshelves are polished oak, carved with floral and bird designs. The small amount of books that are for purchase are kept behind the counter.

No books are allowed to leave the library if they were not paid for.

The doors into the library are Dutch doors - half doors, allowing the bottom half can remain shut while the top half opens. It allows light and fresh air in, and is painted in an attractive white-with-pink-and-green-florals that never seems to fade with sun, muck, or wear and tear.
