Skath Ilkadare

Skath Ilkadare is the tiefling captain of the Targosan militia, and is purportedly in charge of the human sacrifice lottery there. He is known as a lackey to Speaker Naerth Maxildinarr, and is reputed to carry out all manner of dirty deeds on his behalf. He can usually be found at the right elbow of Speaker Maxildanaar, which means he's usually at The Luskan Arms with a strong drink nearby.
