Ravisin

Ravisin is a Frost Druid who, along with her recently deceased sister Vurnis, has been taking action around Ten Towns to drum up fear to appease and empower Auril, including encouraging human sacrifices and "awakening" beasts to foment fear and attack inhabitants.
It was Ravisin who "awakened" Toothless, and she is rumored to be sheltering and plotting her next actions in the wilds near Lonelywood. This follows the reported murder of her sister Vurnis. Iriskree Harrowhill, the owner of The Happy Scrimshander in Lonelywood, is said to have a mysterious past and to be knowledgeable of sordid goings on in that part of Ten-Towns, potentially including the murder of Vurnis.
