Markham Southwell

Markham Southwell is the Sheriff of Bryn Shander, and commander of the largest militia in Ten Towns. He is known as a man of high character and courage, but also as a pragmatist who will bend the rules when needed for the greater good.
He previously enlisted the Party to assist him (for a price!) in successfully tracking down weapons stolen from the Armory. However, all involved agreed to put on a deception of light hostility between the Party and the Sheriff, so as to maintain the potential for the Party to surreptitiously work for Southwell again in the future.
