Dorbulgruf Shalescar

Dorbulgruf Shalescar is the Speaker of Bremen. He and his militia ran the sister frost druids, Ravisin and Vurnis, out of Bremen about a year ago for attempting to rouse the town to begin human sacrifices to Auril. Shortly afterwards, Dorbulgruf took ill and has since been a shadow of his former self, at times near catatonic, and never more than confused or childlike.
His daughter, Griffa Shalescar, has been acting Speaker in his stead, and is convinced that Ravisin is the cause of her father's incapacitation.
