- Dogsled: The quickest way to travel across the tundra, covering approximately 1 mile per hour. Dogsleds require a team of well-fed and cared-for dogs, making them costly but effective.
- On Foot with Snowshoes: Without a dogsled, snowshoes are essential for overland travel. They allow adventurers to cover about 1/2 mile per hour by distributing weight and preventing sinking into deep snow.
