Rogaro
Rogaro is the owner of the Armor shop Ripped and Shredded in Goron City. He sells the Fireproof Armor, and highly recommends it to customers if they intend on scaling Death Mountain. Rogaro states that the Armor he sells are intended for tourists, as Gorons do not normally wear clothes. If a customer talks to Rogaro without any Fireproof Armor on, his eyes widen and he urges them to quickly buy his gear, telling them that it is not a good time to talk or be casual.
