Regular rock salt, good for adding to food.
Rock Salt can be found by destroying Ore Deposits across Hyrule. It can also be purchased from the Goron Gusto Shop, the Coral Reef, and the travelling merchant Mezer. Though it can't be eaten, it can be used to make meals in a Cooking Pot.
