Trade Tongue/ Traveler's Speak

A simple language best suited to matters of business and trade as well direction finding. Trade Speak is not well suited to complex discussions outside of trade and navagation but can be used to convey consepts outside of the scope of business with some effort, although the chance of misunderstandings are increased. Trade Speak is fairly primative, easy to learn and the most widespread secondary language in Hyperia. Note: The well educated who live bordering a nation with a different language will often opt to learn that nation's language as opposed to Common Tongue unless they also live in an international shipping state.

It is thought that Trade Tongue was developed durring the Demon Wars to help the Great Races corrodinate military actions and it still holds all the nesasary verbage though, it is no longer used as a military code.
