Dark Elves
The dark elves are from the Undervoid, and they worship the goddess Callie only.

Basic Information
Anatomy
Homnid, long, pointed ears that are downturned kind of like bells (Not the best description but I tried). Similar organ structure and such to humans (best I can describe). Teeth that are sharper than a human's but still retain omnivorous capabilities. The canine teeth are way more than sharp and tough enough to shred through flesh and bone with ease. Dark elves, much like light elves, are tall and lanky, but dark elves are taller and have more muscle mass, making them look a little less etherial. The dark elves generally have brown/dark brown/black eyes, dark skin, thick, dark brown/black, straight/wavy/curled/coiled hair, and soft faces. The average height for females is 6' 9", and the average height for males is 7' 1".

- Men, on average, have bigger, stronger muscles, while women, on average, have better logic and reasoning skills.
Ecology and Habitats
Having evolved a tolerance for the taste, dark elves living in the Undervoid pick and consume the seemingly infinite fruits growing on silky trees.
Dietary Needs and Habits
While technically omnivorous, dark elves do not require meat products to sustain themselves. It can be digested for a high amount of calories, but it does not provide them with any vital nutrients. Their diet mainly consists of fruits, particularly that of the silky tree that's more than plentiful in the Undervoid. Their foraging for this fruit is never cut off, and they always have plenty to eat. Vegetables are also a good source of nutrients, but they're not necesary.
Behaviour
They'll naturally always attempt to use diplomacy first, but they can become very violent if all else fails. This natural attempt to keep peace can, however, be trained out of a dark elf through various means, each harsher than the last.

Social Structure
The Undervoid has a militaristic government. The only job of the government is to keep everyone as safe as possible. The actual people are the ones who make the laws.
Uses, Products & Exploitation
Until laws were passed everywhere but Frittelle that prohibited such practices, dark elves were forced to train to be warriors. Since those laws were instated, dark elves have just become people living in society.
Facial characteristics
They have very soft and cute faces that can easily charm someone.

Most dark elves are in the Undervoid, but they've been more present all over the surface in recent years.

They're generally pretty intellegent.
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Dark elves, even among other races with comparable abilities, have extraordinary hearing that's been evolved to help them survive. They also have an incredible sense for the aura of everything around them, allowing them to navigate and escape predators, even in pitch black. This skill, however, requires training to be brought out. These methods, however, have been lost to time. Only rumors remain.

Naming Traditions
Dark elves are generally named after types of flowers and gemstones. One name example, Calliandra, roughly means 'periwinkle musgravite' in old elf.

Common Dress Code
While not a strict or enforced dress code exactly, most people in the Undervoid wear slightly loose, comfortable, silkish clothing that makes the heat comfortable. If you're wearing heavy clothing, a dark elf will stop you in the streets, usher you back to their house, and give you some more comfortable clothes to wear. You can steal these and no one will care. They just don't want the heat to negatively affect your health.
History
Dark elves originated from a group of early elven researchers who traveled to the Undervoid in an attempt to find potentially era-changing discoveries. They and a rescue group were trapped and began to build a society. For years, they barely made it by. Just as they thought they would be doomed soon, they found Callie, and things quickly started looking upward. They were able to establish a comfortable society. One day, however, their society was burned and most of their people were enslaved. The few who remained immediately began to rebuild. While they're not where they were at previously, they're so much closer.

Some of the others are good, and some of them are bad. That's nothing the dark elves don't have themselves. Despite this laidback view on this, they can be very standoffish to those they don't know.
