Oakly Sprigg

Oakly Sprigg is a Strig warrior representing Marshview on the Birdfolk Council. Oakly was a decorated general leading a large force of the Perch Guard before settling down to politics. He is primarily concerned with the safety of his citizens. He uses his position on the council to advocate for peace through strength, as he understands the destruction that can come from the use of physical violence.
