Evangelos would be described by vir peers as balanced, creative, thorough, morbid, excitable, and mannerless. Ve was exceptionally talented in virs capturing, rerouting, and killing of titans, and many looked to ve for inspiration -- even with virs rather dark sense of humor, and the fact that ve never seemed to realize why it made everyone else uncomfortable. Ve was friendly enough, but didn't have as many friends as some of virs other colleagues.

Evangelos was originally given the Rogue Fragment in order to keep it from ever being used again. This fragment was studied at the behest (and overwhelming curiousity) of vir, but unlike Sorne Azarola's Infinity Fragment, it wasn't found to be extraordinarily useful, and was to remain unused. Whether or not Evangelos let that stop vir from using the Rogue Fragment is debated in history, as the only accounts are unclear.
