Yhan Chalice
The chalice is a sacred relic of the Yuan-Ti, used so rarely that it has been forgotten.
If the chalice is filled with the blood of a Yuan-Ti and a creature drinks it they must make a Wisdom saving throw against a DC of 25.
On a fail, the creature is transformed into a Poisonous Snake, assuming the hit points, Dexterity and Strength scores of said beast.
On success, the creature's race changes from it's original and becomes a Yuan-Ti Pureblood.
These effects can only be removed by spells such as Remove Curse, Greater Restoration or Wish.
(drinking from the chalice does not effect undead or constructs)
History
Discovered by the Three Onions, used by Francis Niobe and Quaff to create the Yuan-Ti Bullywug Elite Haari Tribe warriors. Stolen by Hiarnan to prevent it falling into the hands of Emerald Serpent and Cult of Kriv.
