A former captain at sea, and son of one of the original Gabagool smugglers, Hugan 'Hugo' Tsuraden; the overly notorious 'Blacksail Elijah', had done much minor damage to decent peoples. Thieving across the Spáwnn seas, the Clyntun shores and the Frostfyre Lake; the semi-pirate smuggler has become a nuisance wherever he turns. He thieved treasures from the Dragonfel, moved gabagool for the Sartori and sang shanties to the utter annoyance of the royals in Clyntun. Now, he finds himself the target of a munity, and left without this ship...
