Tabaxi

If not in the frontier clans, Tabaxi are almost always found in singletons. They are a wandering people with a reputation for agility, stealth, and climbing. This has made them both invaluable in airship maintenance, and a menace for rich folks trying to avoid theft.
During their wars of expansion, the Council State wiped out all Tabaxi clans within their territory. They are a marginalized and maligned people.
