A Spectator Beholder-kin who is absolutely loyal to the contract they agreed to. Steve is otherwise pretty chill. 146 years ago, Steve ws bound by a wizard to guard a specific door for 200 years. The details of the contract are unknown, as Steven refuses to discuss them.
The Delvers befriended Steve after briefly attacking the Gibbering Mouthers Steve keeps around for security. Since then, Steve's provided a lot of good information for the Delvers and they, in turn, have listened to his sometimes lengthy descriptions of the door he's been guarding for the last 146 years.
