North of the influence of the Negresti Empire and the Curran Republics, lies vast wild lands that are home to many beings both savage and civilized. There is little formal relations between the southern peoples of Iolivus and the northern tribes. However, some people occasionally travel south either for adventure or trade and as long as they obey the laws of the southern civilizations, they are largely tolerated if not well understood.
