Physical Description
Identifying Characteristics
The most noticeable features on Nephrite would be the injuries on her body from shop accidents. Her right eye is missing, being the worst and most embarrassing injury.
Physical quirks
Because of her strong and imposing stature, Nephrite is often mistake for a man, either her father or uncle. She uses a lot of hand gestures when describing her things as well as she grumbles when she talks, meaning its hard to understand her.
Apparel & Accessories
Nephrite can usually be seen in one of her many mechanic jumpsuits, with oil stains and many tools in her pockets. She tends to tie the upper half of the suit around her waist when she works, walking around in athletic wear.

Personal history
Nephrite grew up with her fur younger siblings and her father. Her mother died after the birth of the youngest child. Her father ran a mechanic shop with her uncle. The two would argue a lot, but when Nephrite took an interest in the trade, the two were able to work together with less arguments. She was quite skilled for a beginner, learning quickly. Her dedication to the shop took over her school priorities. She dropped high school completely when her father became ill. Her aunt would come and help with her siblings and father while she ran the shop with her uncle. Around her 21st, her father had passed away from his illness. It hit her hard, but she remained strong for her siblings.

Nephrite identifies as female, or hey you, or orc lady. Just yelling in her general direction would get her attention.

Due to her duties to the shop, Nephrite did not have time for dating or romance. She occasionally would imagine herself, but she would soon lose interest. She falls more on the asexual spectrum.

Nephrite trained under her father and uncle in their shop, later to inherit it and run it on her own.

Nephrite now owns and runs one of the most successful air ship shops. Though she can be intimidating, she is quite reasonable.
Failures & Embarrassments
Nephrite considered losing an eye on the job the most embarrassing moment of her life. She feels that it showed weakness and distraction from her work, thus punishing her by taking her eye.
Mental Trauma
During her time in the shop, Nephrite had a sever accident that costed her an eye. Although she tries not to allow this to hinder her work, but on her worst days, she constantly questioning herself.

Nephrite believe that you should be kind to those who you hire. She'll turn away any rude customer who comes into her shop, no matter how much money they have.

Nephrite absolutely hates rude customers, going into her shop and being rude and demanding will immediately get you kicked out or threatened with a wrench.

Nephrite may seem disorganized to most shops, but to her there is an order in the chaos of her shop. She regularly bathes but oil stains tend to stick around for a while. To keep oil from getting in her hair, she'll tie it back.

Family Ties
Nephrite has two younger sisters and two younger brothers. She's very close to her sisters however. Her brothers are very competitive when she comes around. She was a lot closer with her father before he died, since his death she began to spend more time with her mother, fearing that she will lose her as well. Her uncle and aunt have four children, who mostly play with her siblings while she works.
Religious Views
Nephrite used to believe there was some sort of deity out there, but due to the loss of her father, her faith began to weaver and she now questions whether there really was a deity or not.

Nephrite is quite intimidating to look at in general, when she's angry it's best to run and hide. Her siblings would call her a gentle giant, but some customers would disagree. Unlike most mechanics, she's quite humble about her work, more proud of the fact that her father taught her everything.

Nephrite has a low and grumble voice, making it hard for other to understand her when she mumbles. She often swears and uses a lot of hand motions when she talks.

Nephrite makes quite a bit of money in her line of work. However, most of it goes to the care of her mother and siblings as well as spare parts and other tools she needs on the job (if only she'd use it for new clothes and stop wearing the same three jumps suits)
