Monkey King

The Monkey King, or Bikou-ou (美猴王, "Beautiful Monkey King"), is the deity of monkeys and apes.
The Monkey King has various other names as well:

• Son Gokuu 孫悟空: Name given by his teacher.
• Saru no Kami (猴の, "Monkey God"): Title within Saru no Kami.
