Hjertild
This peculiar aquatic plant grows a string of dark red bead-like roots. It is gathered by shuffling the feet through the mud to release the knotted clumps, then dried, ground, and sweetened with cream and honey to form a pudding-like dish served to newly married couples. It works as a powerful aphrodisiac, and is sometimes given at parties or festivals to those interested. It is not addictive.
