Azulla

These humanoids have slick and slipper skin, that varies in shades of blue and green. Their fingers and toes are webbed, and they have no hair, but have long fins along the outside of their forearms and along the top of their head, down their back. Their fins are slightly lighter than their skin. Their eye colors tend to be around blue, green, brown, black.
