Sharon Swan (a.k.a. Hydro Hydra)
One of the members of the Order of Masters, Sharon Swan is not only able to manipulate water, but she’s composed almost entirely of it, far exceeding the percentages most humans do. Because of this, while she prefers people refer to her as “She/Her”, she instead refers to herself as “We”, as water is only possible to describe as plural.
She is only in the order because her sister, Jennifer Swan, is the Emerald Emperor’s wife. She does not completely agree with his tactics, as his vision of ruling the World shows an alarming disregard for protecting the planet from the brink of extinction.
To rectify this, she plots behind the Emerald Emperor’s back and takes command of the local church, converting it into a cult in an attempt to reenact the story of Noah’s Ark, in order to start over from scratch. However, while she is in the middle of enacting a great flood, she discovers that her treacherous backstabbing has not gone unnoticed by the Emerald Emperor, and pays the price for her betrayal.
