Reality Anchor

A large device design to temporarily stop aether from being able to leave leylines, thus making any form of magic that requires the user to manipulate outside aether to be nullified so long as they are in that zone.

Utility

A.L.P.H.A. Program use it to make it easier to obtain targets that use magic and to detain them. Though due to the complexity of their design they are difficult to use on the field unless they were willing to lug it with them to a leyline that they know for certain that their target draws power from.

Access & Availability

It was kept solely by the A.L.P.H.A. Program in over to make it easier to hunt magic users though Lookout would later obtain one model and reverse engineer it.

Complexity

The materials require to make and its overall size/design make it hard to even create one, so they're rarely by either group.
