Alucard (rumored)

A somewhat famous mercenary in the underground black market who sells their skills off to others to perform acts of corporate sabotage, assassination, and data theft. Stolen Files and reports state that they've also have some form intense beef with the A.L.P.H.A. Program as they have been speculated and confirmed to be responsible for the destruction of a few of their facilities and some of the largest bounties on them were placed by the Program.

Vigilant Threat Level: C. A hitman who rarely goes after civilians and seems to primarily antagonize the Program, resulting in Vigilant largely ignoring them since they don't go against the established balance between humanity and the paranormal.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Tall individual with seemingly average build with no clear sign of muscle display through their abundance of clothing. Though despite this they can still of tossing those much bigger than them, so it is suspected that they maybe augmented or maybe magic affiliated. Though, the latter seems less likely due to their relience on technology.

Apparel & Accessories

Normally they are seen wearing a dark trench coat that covers up much of their upper body, military grade pants design to carry more ammunition, a few straps that carry extra weaponry, and black combat boots with dark grey and purple accents. They also tend to wear a black face mask covering most of their face, silver headphone like devices attached to their ears, and a black ascot hat.

Specialized Equipment

• Big Betty: From field reports, it appears to be a more advance variation of a 50.Caliber Marksman Rifle with other advance addition parts, most likely designed by Kode themselve. It is capable of firing a single round through four inch armored plating and five millimeter concrete walls. We have yet to determine what it can't go through as we have yet to develop anything close to the recovered bullets.

Personal history

We have yet to determine who Kode really is or their background. However their many assaults against the ALPHA Program and the fact that Kode is a major part of their alias, implys that he may have had ties with the Program's KODE project. We have yet to figure out what the project was about or its goal, but rumors mention something about creating the ideal superman? What that entails can really be anything so we will leave it at that for now.

Their most earliest appearance that we can find was around the late 2010's, where they were suspected to have been hired to assassinate a weapons dealer that was promoting conflict in the east for a quick profit. After this their name began popping up on the darkweb was, largely thanks to the extreme manner in which they killed said target by causing an explosion that killed him and their stock. Since then they had acquired various contracts regarding assassinations, intelligence theft, corporate espionage, and occasional bounty hunting, improving their reputation among hitmen making them one of the most sought after assains for criminals all over. Though an incident occurred around May of 2020 where they appeared to have halted their usual illegal antics and began attacking ALPHA facilities left and right. We have yet to determine why this sudden shift in behavior but some of us are kind of glad that someone is getting rid of those derange scientist. Though we wished that one of their main means of destroying said facilities didn't involve the use of excessive amounts of explosive.

They were last spotted in Los Angeles, California around January of 2022, where they interrupted an unground auction run by both the Underworld and ALPHA. Said interruption has resulted in a large shoot out between all major parties present for the auction and a Vigilant raid that intended to ambush the two groups. Kode manages to avoid arrest due to a sudden blackout around the area, suggesting that they may have an accomplice that we have yet to identify.

Employment

Since 2015 he has been selling himself as a mercenary for hire to big corporations and groups to perform jobs involving hacking technology and killing major criminals that pose a threat to their empire. Though recently he has seem to lost interest in this as he began blowing labs for unknown reasons.

Accomplishments & Achievements

• In 2018 they killed an arms dealer by sabotaging the target's private jet and causing it to come crashing down from the sky like a meteor towards one of his own weapon sites. Also destroying much of his own products. On an unrelated note many of the guards were found dead around the shit and have seen to gone insane as they attacked their own teammates. We have yet to determine how he did this just that it does.
• In 2019 he issued a computer virus that ruined the main servers of former corporate giant Marcov.
• Throughout the year of 2020 he has successfully dismantled several ALPHA facilities across Europe and northern portion of Asia.
• In January of 2022 he was the one responsible for disrupting the arms deal between the Underworld and ALPHA, which resulted in many getting hurt in the crossfire.

Morality & Philosophy

Despite their rather extreme actions and disregard for life given their chosen profession, their chosen targets never seem to be those who appear completely innocent. Many of their said assassination tend to be warlords, mob bosses, and arms dealers, and the companies they had a hand in ruining were run by less then dignified corperate heads. However, with that being said this doesn't mean that they are completely off the hook as their extreme and thorough methods tend to cause large amounts of property damage and the companies they've ruin tends to result in many employees to lose their source of income.
