Leader of the Charybdis Crew of privateers who sails the seven seas doing physcial trade for explicit items for the different factons within the paranormal world. They also partake in odd jobs all around in order to retrieve lost items for collecters of magical artifacts or for paranormal aware groups such as the Underworld Blackmarket.
Vigilant Threat Level: C. Though not exactly a dangerous threat as they never commited acts of terror or attacks on any Vigilant outpost. They do however, assist in the sales of groups such as the Underworld and Program so they still deemed criminals by the Round Table.

Not much is known about Captain Maelstrom as they just appeared one day within the black market network delivering items between several groups within the network. What made them a point of interest for Vigilant was when rumors popped up that they somehow accquired Aspidochelone that was thought to have been destroyed back in 2012. Once their name began popping up on the black market network with many of the stories and rumors describing an unknown sailor captain who had successfully fought back against other privateer groups to take control of the existing naval routes. They practically run a monopoly on sea trade revolving around paranormal artifacts and technology capable of causing mass destruction. Not much else is known.
