Ser Dracus Havdralgus Cerl

High-Ser (Lord) of House Dracus, Ser Dracus Havdralgus Cerl is the master of all Dragonborn living within The Spire. His office is partly earned, and indeed kept, through military might and merit, and partly by divine appointment according to the Temple of Bahamut. He works tirelessly to keep his clan, as well as he whole city safe and prosperous. He commands a legion of some 15,000 Dragonborn soldiers, and strikes out constantly at the aggressive tribes in the hills and raiders in the forests.

General Physical Condition

While quite old by Dragonborn standards, the High-Ser is in very good physical condition (with the exception of failing eyesight). He remains strong and active, with constant training and martial drills among his soldiers.
