Ranger

Rangers are the men and women with a particular set of skills, typically bound to nature and at home in the wilderness. Skilled with both bow and sword, every nation and people group has need of a Ranger; but a Ranger does not always have need of them. Even when part of a larger order or military, they are marked by their fierce independence and ability to get the job done, whatever it may be.   Base Combat Stats:
Weapon(s) of Choice: Bow & Arrow, Sword +2 DMG
Armor of Choice: Linen Gambeson, Leather Vambraces +2 HP
Basic Skill Slots:
Sword Parry Stance Lessens incoming melee damage by a quarter for 3 turns; unable to use bow or bow skills unless stance is broken
Small Animal Distraction Summon a nearby small animal to distract a Target from attacking you for 1 turn
Aim True Hit the Target from medium range for 5 DMG
Basic Skill Tree:
  Ranger Background:   - Survivalist: A Ranger that uses their skills simply to survive. Typically living in the wilderness, oftentimes alone, these rangers know better than even other Rangers how to live off the land indefinitely.
- Lv.1 Specialization Skill - Nature Knowledge: +5 Intelligence in all matters of nature   - Bounty Hunter: A Ranger that has turned the use of their skills towards hunting down targets for any number of clients. Debtors not paying on time, criminals needing their day in court, or a family member long lost. A Ranger of this caliber can find anyone, dead or alive.
- Lv.1 Specialization Skill - Underworld Knowledge: +5 Intelligence in all matters of the criminal underworld   - Loyalty-Bound: A Ranger that has promised to serve a cause, a nation, or some other enterprise. Even in the age of firearms, many have need of a warrior skilled in the use of a silent weapon that can kill at a distance. Some armies even employ Rangers as an elite group of special forces of sorts.
