By 2019 the group of yakuzas all over Tokyo has almost collapsed entirely under the combined pressure of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Force and the Kansai Yakuza.   Out of the Ashes of the Burnt down empire that the Tokyo Yakuza once were, a mysterious unknown yakuza steps on the forefront to create a new plan of attack, a new clan, the Hidora Clan, a strong clan named after the mythical creature that is supposed to represents its never dying nature set in stone from its creation.   You are part of the Hidora Clan, a Yakuza clan shaped and mended by the years of war going trough the yakuza of tokyo, either you have served under one of the many former family's, or are a total newcomer trying to make a a name for yourself one that might even rival the one of the infamous "dragon of dojima".   Due to the 3K Plans inception it is near impossible for a civilian or yakuza, to roam the streets with more than a pocket knife or handgun, so the group had to improvise.   With the Help of Iyama Yoshina, a master of the creation of "rai essence extracts" that may help the ragtag group of yakuza win the war that is still ongoing emits the streets of Tokyo.
