Physical Description

Special abilities

Teo possesses energy projection powers similar to Dan’s. However, Teo can form semi-solid light constructs, allowing him to shield himself and project escrima sticks and swords. His blasts are also weaker than Dan’s.
While wielding the sword of envy, Teo can mimic others’ powers and skills and shapeshift to a limited extent.

Apparel & Accessories

Teo wears a cross-shaped necklace once owned by his mother. It was this necklace that first caught Raymundo’s eye when they saw Teo.

Personal history

Teodor was born in 2003 in the Bronx, New York City. His father died in a car accident when he was 4, around the start of the Enamist Crisis. Teodor lived with his mother for a long time, and was inspired by her career as a scientist. She instilled a deep appreciation for education in him, and encouraged her son’s curiosity.
When she was diagnosed with cancer in 2016, Teo started researching medicine, and promised to become a doctor so he could cure it. He never got the chance, unfortunately. With both his parents gone, Teo was supposed to go to live with his God parent, Raymundo Silva. However, Raymundo was serving time in prison at the time, so Teo went into the foster system instead.
Teo’s powers had begun to emerge while his mom was dying, and fearing that he would get caught up in a child superhero scheme he applied to join the ORG training program. He was accepted in 2019, and began training with Dan. Teo joined Team Dauntless and later Team Resolute while still on partial duty. He became a full time agent when he turned 18, and continued to work with Team Resolute throughout the Necromancer, 2nd Enamist, and 1st artifact crises.
Teo became very close with Dan and Jett during their time together. He is also close with Roland, though this is less obvious. While at ORG, Teo earned a reputation as a brilliant researcher and detective.
During the 2nd Enamist Crisis, Raymundo Silva recognized Teodor among the captured ORG agents and enabled their escape. Raymundo did not reveal their true identity to Teodor during the crisis, though they later approached him in the role of his god parent. Raymundo never explicitly told Teo that they worked for Enami, though it’s likely Teo already knows.
Teo left ORG shortly after the end of the 1st Artifact Crisis in order to pursue his college education. At the onset of the 2nd artifact crisis, Teo was studying cosmetology, theater arts, and literature. He left his studies to return to ORG and help reform Team Resolute.
During the battle at Nico’s temple, Teo was responsible for recovering and wielding the Sword of Envy, an act that likely saved his team mate’s lives. However, the artifact began to corrupt him, feeding off feelings that he hadn’t gone as far in life as his friends had. While Teo initially overcame the corruption, it started to become overwhelming and negatively affect his mental health and relationships.
Teo eventually broke free of the sword of envy’s control, and decided that keeping it on his person wasn’t worth it. He instead locked it away when he wasn’t using it. This did result in a number of situations where he wasn’t able to contribute to the team as much as others who had artifacts, which started making him want it again.
After Robin Umbra stole the sword and used it against them, Teo fought back with his unique combat style, and was able to resist the sword one last time. Robin was taken down shortly thereafter, and the sword was locked away in Nico’s temple.
Teo mentions to Jett that he still has dreams about the sword years later, and Jett admits he can still hear the bracers of zeal calling for him.

Education

Teo achieved a high school equivalent education during his first year at ORG. He would later attend college, getting his masters in environmental science and his bachelor’s in Medieval Literature.   Teo is very curious and dedicated to Education, so he knows a lot about random things he was never formally taught.

Employment

Teo worked for ORG between 2019 and 2023. He returned briefly from 2025 and 2027, before going back to school. After graduating, Teo works as a make-up artist for an international theater company.

Social

Contacts & Relations

Teo remains very close to his teammates and other friends from ORG. He also has access to Jett’s network through Jett. Teo has also made many contacts in the theater circuit and in colleges.

Family Ties

Teo was raised by his parents Natalia and Lucero Rogel. He was greatly influenced by both of them, and he misses them greatly.
Teo’s god parent, Raymundo Silva, was an old friend of his father. Raymundo was in prison when Teo’s mother died, and was unable to find Teo until midway through the second enamist crisis. Raymundo reunited with Teo after the crisis was over, and they have been close since.
Teo is currently dating an actor in his theater company. While Raymundo was initially skeptical, they have now welcomed their nephew’s boyfriend with open arms.
