F.A.Q

Frequently Asked Questions

Did you create the gaming system?

No. The credit and glory for this goes to loopywolf. While I have played, tested, commented on and assisted him improve his system, this is entirely his brainchild. If you think I put effort in this wiki, it is nothing compared to what he has done to make sure his system is great and flexible.

Did you create the images used on this wiki?

If you mean create as in using generative AI then yes. I do not have the time to master this kind of skill, nor the funds to commission something of this scale, especially since it will not be commercialized.

You said the system was classless, but I see archetypes and professions all over.

This is just to help give guidelines and help label your character. When someone asks you what your character does for a living, and you answer "Halbardier", they will know you specialize in polearms.

Can I change archetypes and professions later on

Yes, nothing prevent you from changing those - they are just labels to help nail down the concept. However, changing does not entail automatically gaining new skills or abilities. You will need to work for those.

How do I play?

You will need to join a discord server and participate in the appropriate channels. (placeholder text here for discord link)

How are actions resolved?

With a combination of role-play and a custom discord bot to do dice rolls.

How are character sheets managed?

Character sheets can be accessed via the web or the dicebot. To keep things fair, only Gamemasters can alter them.

Do I need to know the game mechanic rules?

No, not at all. You just need to learn a few bot commands and other experienced players will be happy to assist you if you need help.

Can I use your campaign?

Well, if you have the inclination to adapt it to the system of your choice, go for it. Just no making money (including attempts).

Can I play as a creature?

Perhaps, but you will need to convince me. Playing a creature will present very different challenges that might impede the game play of other players among other things. And some monsters are just too powerful to be used as a player character.

I have ideas for Plots, Adventures and World Lore.

You are more than welcome to share them. If they prove to be in line with the vision of the game, you will rewarded as well!

Who is the cute goblin girl?

That is Lizzie! She works hard to establish a rapport with prospective adventurers.

Did Han shoot first?

Not only did he shoot first, he also shot last!
