Reality Shadow

In the Far Realms, very little exists that is not utterly alien and bound to rules incomprehensible to life as most on the Cosmic Wheel would understand.
A Reality Shadow is the ragged sphere of enforced reality caused by stable worlds in the Far Realms. The size and stability of a reality shadow is a good gauge of the relative health of a planet. Heroda has a reality shadow that encompasses what amounts to a solar system while the drifting worlds that would become Pandom and Seles had Reality Shadows that were mostly non existent and would have ultimately doomed those planets to dissolution in the far realms if they had not drifted into orbit around Heroda.
This enforced reality helps to keep the madness of the Far Realms at bay, often referred to "Nether" or "Void" on Heroda and there is a constant pressure against the shadow as the Far Realms attempt to intrude, less like an aggressive attack and more akin to a natural force.
