This kind-hearted human lost two siblings battling the trolls who took Eli's land and the lives of his family. Poor guy clearly didn't know what to do with himself after such a loss. He settled down in Hero City with the other surviving members of his adventuring party and fell in love with Giver while they built their tavern.

Out of everyone living here when we arrived, he seems the most cheerful. It might be a mask but he was so young when he lost his sisters that maybe he was better suited to recover than the others.
