Liberated States of America

The successor state of the former United States of America and the territories that belonged to the Confederate States of America between the Vanishing and the end of the Third World War. Before being founded, the eastern American territories were occupied by the Agency. They've since obtained sovereignty as the Liberated States of America but they're technically a protectorate of the Agency, working closely with them to ensure that anything like the Confederate States never happens again.
