Lord Carloman
They said he was mad. Carloman may very well have been to just about any eye, until he found the Valley. He named it Bilaria, a term mostly ignored by the locals in Bramblebrush in exchange for its old, simple name The Valley, or Valley. None of them could much figure out why anybody ever had any problem with that. Regardless of its name, it was held safely, and under The Right to Rule Carloman was now Lord of this land.
Carloman has found a surface-mine of silver and copper unknown to most which is the source of his fabulous wealth (on top of his farming sales)
