The Stone Keg

The Stone Keg is a pub and brewery just outside the Helbaurg Citadel's walls run by Clan StoneKeg, a humble family of Mountain-Dwarf brewers.

Architecture

Two sturdy stone structures with hefty wooden doors and shutters showing off skillful Dwarven stonework sit just outside the walls of the Helbaurg Citadel.

The larger of the two buildings is the brewery itself, with massive brew kettles, coppers, fermenters, etc. There are two massive barn-style doors at either side of the long building, with large panes of glass spanning one wall, and a small corridor on the other side connecting it to the Pub.

The pub is about half the size of the brewery itself, but showcases the same durable Dwarven architecture as its larger counterpart. It is designed to be able to comfortably host guests of all sizes (from Gnomes to Goliaths). The large entrance door bears Clan StoneKeg's crest. A bar lines the opposite wall, and tables, chairs, and booths fill the space between. Since the building's construction, the majority of StoneKegs have lived in the subterranean house situated directly below the pub (with easy access outside, to the pub, and to the brewery itself).
