Ashbearer of the Shroud-Bearers Axel Pious (a.k.a. Pi)

Axel Pious: A man of good intention, unfortunately plagued by flawed execution. He grew up in the slums of (insert city here) by choice - as his relation to the God Asclepius drove and inspired him to help others. He discovered a deep, dark connection to an ancient magic that gave him a rudimentary capability to heal and cure friends, and also inflict pain and suffering on enemies. To his surprise, these skills came easy, and it wasn't long before Axel began using his magic and wits for "good", roguish tactics of thievery, sharing riches with the poor, healthcare for those in need and of lower-class, and being at the right place at the right time. His ability to position himself in places/areas of interest landed him in the eyes of the shroud-bearers - an organization following the will of Thanatos, and it wasn't long before he was invited to join their ranks as an Ashbearer - a protector of sacred and secret spaces, and a executor of prayers and cleanses for the organization.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

His body is tall and lanky, with longer arms and legs and a wider torso. His chest is that of an athletic swimmer - broad, but slim and sturdy.

Body Features

His skin is fair, fair white - almost ghastly, and looks as though hes fasted regularly - clear skin, drooping slightly around joints lacking in blemishes other than the common blister/wound/scar leftover.

Facial Features

He doesn't look like a traditional orc other than his teeth, jagged, with large canines that poke out from underneath his upper lip, almost reverse-vampiricly - He has the face of an older human man, with a narrow and defined nose and wide, cavernous eyes sunken in slightly to his skull. His cranium leading up to his silver hair also lends itself to his orc blood, being more square and wide overall, though shorter.

Grew up willingly in poor conditions - gained feelings and mentalities of supporting the lesser favored folk.

After Observing his own powers at a young age, sought a mentor but to no avail. In his age, he's had to refine his capabilities in solace - leading to a developed mastery of his own tricks, but a lack of understanding of fundamentals.

He has unfortunately failed to save many, many lives, and his time in the shroud-bearers has been helpful in a therapeutic sense in a way of coping with those losses.
