Room 2

The doors to your left open into a dark 20 ft by 20 ft room made from smooth stone blocks.   As the doors open the aroma of food almost overwhelms you. You can see there are baskets with bread, cheeses, and fruits. Pots of stew and dips, and amphora filled with wine, bear, and olive oil.   All the food looks fresh and smells delicious, as if it was just picked, baked, or cooked.
  The heroes will need a light source to clearly see inside this room.   If anyone enters the room they will hear a skittering sound and see 4 small decaying creatures approaching them. The scent of decay and death is coming from four giant zombie rats. The zombie rats attack any living creature in the tomb but will not leave the tomb.  
When the zombie rats have been dispatched the heroes can examine the food and drink.   It is all fresh and edible even after 1,000 years thanks to the blessing of Nike. Otherwise it is all normal food and drink, although the most delicious the heroes will ever taste.   If the heroes take any food or drink, even a sip or nibble, the DM can rule that they are taking something out of the tomb when they eventually leave which will animate the bronze statue. Remember the goddess will animate should the least thing be removed from the tomb.   Giant Zombie Rat
