The current President of The Steel Ministry & de facto leader of the city Oylovka. Nobody else dares to challenge his rule lest they risk incuring the wrath of The Black Guard knocking at their homes. Although generally nice, a civilised discussion is not one of his strong suits. He tends to loose his temper, and swing his hammer around when he does so. So if you want something from Pjotr, it is recommended that you stay on his good side, or you'll quickly learn why he is called Stronghammer. A small man, but well built and muscular, another way to get on Pjotr's bad side is to reference his height as he regards it as quiet a touchy subject.
