Rassal

Rassal is a noble title used among the Free Peoples of the Seynan Islands.
In the (relatively) egalitarian Seynan Islands, no monarch exists to confer titles. Instead, membership of noble orders is in the gift of the Island Council.
All past and present Council members use the title Rassal. Spouses may use the title Rassal-Kema, but children have no claim to a title (and it is not inherited).
Other noble orders do not confer a title or form of address.
