Jarkash

Jarkash, the goddess of blood, revels in violence and the taking of life. She is worshipped by those who thrive on chaos and bloodshed.   Jarkash is portrayed as a fearsome woman with blood-red eyes and hair. She wears armour made from bones and carries a blood-stained dagger. Ravens often surround her, and her presence exudes menace and chaos.

Followers must embrace chaos, seek power through violence, and respect the cycle of life and death. Priests must conduct blood rites, lead in violent rituals, and offer sacrifices. A life taken must be honoured with a ritual offering.

Warriors, assassins, and those seeking revenge.   Orders include the Bloodseekers, who lead violent rituals, and the Ravencloaks, who act as spies and assassins.

 

Temples and shrines

Hidden, foreboding places, often in caves or dark forests, adorned with symbols of death and blood. Constructed from dark stone and wood, with blood-red accents. Altars are often stained with the blood of sacrifices.
