Gates of Pelsa

The Gates of Pelsa are a stunning natural formation of towering sea stacks and arches that rise from the turquoise waters surrounding Pelsa in the Seynan Islands.   These colossal structures, formed over millennia by wind and waves, stand like ancient guardians of the island. The arches, some connecting the stacks in graceful loops, create a natural gateway through which ships must pass. The interplay of light and shadow on these rocks at sunrise and sunset creates a scene of serene, otherworldly beauty that has inspired countless legends.
