Ulwahi (Uhl-Wa-he)

When the sun comes up in this desert, this sublime expanse, one cannot tell where heaven stops and the Earth begins.
The Ulwahi is a massive desert that stretches across the southernmost regions of the Lagonan continent. It is a harsh and unforgiving landscape, almost entirely devoid of water or vegetation. The perilous nature of the Ulwahi has prevented explorers and cartographers alike from determining the precise extent of Lagona for milennia: while many have ventured into the desert seeking its boundary, none have ever returned. For this reason, the Ulwahi is commonly referred to as the Ke Bahgair ja Kuul (Imperial Wythian: Place without Limits) in the Lagonan Empire. The Ulwahi is worshipped as a divine entity by the Tsothu people, who believe the desert to be a physical manifestation of the spirit world.
