Töchter von Wythe
The Töchter von Wythe (Imperial Wythian: Daughters of Wythe) are a military unit made up of the wives of Knights in the Order of the Red Maple. Like their husbands, they are trained in mulitple arts of combat, but are also responsible for the upbrining of their children who are usually expected to become Knights, or aid the Order in other ways. Unlike their husbands, the Töchter von Wythe do not fight beyond the borders of the Wythian mainland, instead acting as a homefront guard against any invaders. They mostly saw action during the Wythe-Lagona War and more recently the Eastwythe incident.

History
The Töchter von Wythe were founded by the current Deputy Knight at the time, Tellot das Langlebige after the First Sevnóni Rebellion had cost the Order most of their manpower. Tellot decied that if the Order was to survive and serve the Empire, it would need to change, thus the culture of wives/mothers being trained and training their chidren from a young age was conditioned into the next generation of Order members. Having the wives/mothers be defenders of the homeland also meant the Order would be able to send more of the men to campagin in far away lands.
