A beautiful European-style elevated city overlooking a river. A bridge separates the main city from the newly built Seraph's Harold.

Additional laws

All adventurers must have a permit before entering the wild area. The maximum number of 'Slime' Monsters allowed to be defeated is 10 per adventurer, per day. The fine for defeating more than permitted is 20,000G. If an Ectomorph is created through breakage of the previous law, the adventurer at fault is required to pay for the Ectomorph's care and education. All merchants are required to offer an example of their wares annually to the Angels for inspection before it reaches market. The Seraph's Harold shoreline is prohibited.
