Star Cloaks

Status:
The signature item of the Star Hunters, given to those who are brought into their ranks, the Star Cloaks are so infamous its sometimes the nickname given to those who have joined the Hunt.
Visual:
Star Cloaks are deep indigo, with dozens of silver stars and a silver lining on the edges. The stars appear to faintly glow when not being used for stealth, implying a level of magic to the item.
Abilities:
Stealth bonuses +3 when in dim light or darkness, must succeed a seek action to unveil them.
